Booking and cancellation policy

Booking

Your booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation by WhatsApp or email, stating the date, time, number of participants and pickup point. No deposit is required for standard rides.

Payment

Payment is made on site before departure, in dirhams, cash or card. Listed prices are per machine and include return transport from Marrakech.

Cancellation by you

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Between 24 and 4 hours before, 50% of the amount remains payable. Under 4 hours or no-show, the full amount is payable.

Cancellation by Marrakech Quad

In case of dangerous weather, technical failure or any circumstance affecting safety, we postpone the ride or refund it in full, your choice.

Lateness

We wait 20 minutes at the pickup point. After that the ride may be shortened or cancelled without refund, depending on later departures.

Safety and refusal

Helmets are compulsory. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund.

Damage

The rider is liable for damage to the machine caused by manifestly reckless riding or by ignoring the guide’s instructions.
