Terms and conditions | Marrakech Quad

These terms govern the sale of quad and buggy excursions offered by Marrakech Quad in Marrakech, Morocco.

Prices include the machine, fuel, helmet, goggles, gloves, guiding and return transport from Marrakech. They exclude tips and personal purchases.

Machines carry third-party liability cover. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance covering motorised leisure activities.

The participant acknowledges that riding a quad carries risk and undertakes to follow the guide’s instructions and the stated speed limits.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
